Franciscan High Schools

A Franciscan education is transformative in that it nurtures the mind, body, and soul. The Franciscan education strives to inform, but also to form young men with Catholic-Christian values, to help them have a personal relationship with God and readiness to serve others. The Companions of St. Anthony have long supported the education ministry of the friars, through funding of scholarships and helping friars spread the teaching and values of their founder, St. Francis of Assisi.

Friars in Our Lady of the Angels Province serve as teachers, administrators, and chaplains at Franciscan and other religious high schools. Donations to Companions help support the friars and programs at Province-sponsored schools, including St. Francis High School in Hamburg, New York.
